Responsibility
- Assist patients with registration, check-in, and check-out processes efficiently and courteously.
- Guide patients through health screening procedures, ensuring clarity and comfort at every step.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with clinic policies and regulations.
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure seamless workflow and timely delivery of results.
- Prepare and organize examination rooms, ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are available.
- Provide basic administrative support, including scheduling appointments and managing patient inquiries.
- Educate patients on pre- and post-screening procedures to enhance their understanding and cooperation.
- Uphold high standards of hygiene, safety, and infection control within the clinic.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; certification in healthcare assistance is a plus.
