Responsibility
- Provide personalized care and assistance to patients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and record vital signs, health conditions, and daily activities as required.
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and exercises to support patient rehabilitation.
- Administer basic medical treatments and medications under supervision.
- Offer emotional support and companionship to patients and their families.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment in care facilities or home settings.
- Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and doctors to implement care plans.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and report any changes in patient condition.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; certification in nursing or caregiving is a plus.
- Proven experience in healthcare, elderly care, or a related field (1+ years preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- Physical stamina to assist with lifting, moving, and supporting patients.
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and hygiene practices.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
- Willingness to undergo background checks and health screenings.
