Responsibility
- Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy department across multiple locations.
- Ensure compliance with all local and national pharmaceutical regulations and standards.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of pharmacists and pharmacy technicians.
- Manage inventory, procurement, and distribution of pharmaceutical products.
- Implement and monitor quality assurance programs to maintain high standards of patient care.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize medication management and patient outcomes.
- Develop and enforce policies and procedures to ensure safe and efficient pharmacy operations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Head of Pharmacy Department or in a similar leadership role.
- Valid pharmacist license and certification in Indonesia.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage and develop a team of pharmacy professionals.
