Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets in the assigned territory.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to healthcare professionals, highlighting clinical benefits and competitive advantages.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, nurses, clinic managers, and hospital administrators to drive product adoption.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to organize and participate in medical exhibitions, workshops, and promotional events.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management, including pipeline analysis and customer insights.
- Address client concerns and objections with professionalism, using your nursing background to offer credible, science-based responses.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry regulations, and medical advancements to ensure compliance and effectiveness in sales pitches.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field (required). Active nursing license is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in medical, pharmaceutical, or healthcare products. Fresh nursing graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology, clinical workflows, and healthcare industry dynamics.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
