Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets for medical and wellness products in Bali.
- Conduct in-person and virtual presentations to healthcare professionals, clinics, and hospitals to demonstrate product benefits and features.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including doctors, nurses, and procurement managers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to organize product launches, workshops, and promotional events.
- Provide post-sales support, including training and troubleshooting, to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, product knowledge, and sales techniques through continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Nursing, Pharmacy, Medical Technology, or a related healthcare field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical sales, pharmaceutical sales, or a similar role (preferably in Indonesia).
- Strong understanding of medical terminology, healthcare systems, and regulatory compliance.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
