Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with ophthalmologists, optometrists, and key decision-makers in hospitals and clinics across Bali.
- Promote and educate healthcare professionals on Meiji’s ophthalmic product portfolio, ensuring accurate and compelling product knowledge.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by implementing strategic sales plans and market penetration strategies.
- Organize and conduct product presentations, workshops, and medical seminars to enhance brand visibility and adoption.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to provide actionable insights to the marketing and product teams.
- Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and company policies in all sales and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with the regional sales team to align on goals, share best practices, and drive collective success.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market data using CRM tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field. A background in Ophthalmology or prior experience in ophthalmic sales is a strong advantage.
- Proven experience of at least 2 years in pharmaceutical sales, preferably in a medical representative role.
- Strong understanding of the Indonesian healthcare landscape, with existing networks in Bali’s medical community being a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned regions.
- High ethical standards and a commitment to promoting products with integrity and professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software for sales tracking and reporting.
