Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital staff.
- Promote Menarini’s pharmaceutical products through presentations, meetings, and educational events.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company’s market share in Bali.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about products, including clinical data and benefits.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Organize and participate in medical conferences, seminars, and training sessions.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all sales activities.
- Collaborate with the regional sales team to implement strategies and achieve business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales or medical representation (minimum 2 years preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry, medical terminology, and regulatory guidelines.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Bali.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
