Responsibility
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients, including assessments, treatments, and monitoring of vital signs.
- Administer medications and medical procedures as prescribed by physicians, ensuring compliance with protocols.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using electronic health systems and Microsoft Office tools.
- Collaborate with doctors, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and their families on health management, post-treatment care, and preventive measures.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment in adherence to hygiene and safety standards.
- Assist in emergency situations by providing immediate and appropriate medical interventions.
- Participate in continuous professional development and training to stay updated with medical best practices.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (S.Kep or Ners) with a valid NBUW (Nurse License).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a medical or clinical setting, preferably in hospitals or private clinics.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) for documentation and reporting.
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail in patient care and administrative tasks.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Indonesian, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to fast-changing healthcare environments.
- Compassionate, patient-focused mindset with a commitment to ethical nursing practices.
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology, pharmacology, and infection control protocols.
