Responsibility
- Develop and maintain demand forecasts for medical product lines to ensure optimal inventory levels.
- Coordinate with suppliers, production teams, and distributors to align supply with demand.
- Monitor and manage backorders, expediting resolutions to minimize disruptions.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and historical patterns to refine planning strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline order processing and logistics workflows.
- Prepare and present reports on inventory status, order fulfillment, and potential risks.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in back-office and planning operations.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all planning activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in back-office operations, order processing, or planning, preferably in manufacturing, transport, or logistics.
- Proven track record in supply chain coordination, inventory management, or demand planning.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, or planning software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Familiarity with medical or pharmaceutical supply chains is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
