As a PJT, you will oversee the regulatory compliance, distribution, and post-market surveillance of medical devices, ensuring adherence to national and international standards. Responsibility
- Oversee the registration, distribution, and post-market surveillance of medical devices in compliance with Indonesian regulatory requirements (e.g., CDAKB, BPPOM).
- Ensure all medical equipment under your responsibility meets national and international safety and quality standards.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the handling, storage, and maintenance of medical devices.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to verify compliance with regulatory frameworks and internal policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, and quality assurance, to streamline medical device management processes.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on proper handling, usage, and documentation of medical equipment.
- Investigate and report adverse events or non-compliance issues related to medical devices, proposing corrective actions as needed.
- Stay updated on changes in healthcare regulations, industry trends, and best practices for medical device management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a PJT (Penanggung Jawab Alat Kesehatan) or in a similar role overseeing medical devices.
- Active STRTTK (Surat Tanda Registrasi Tenaga Teknis Kefarmasian) certification.
- In-depth knowledge of CDAKB (Cara Distribusi Alat Kesehatan yang Baik) and other relevant Indonesian healthcare regulations.
- Strong understanding of medical device classification, registration processes, and post-market surveillance requirements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Proficient in using healthcare management software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
