Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain detailed patient records, ensuring compliance with hospital and regulatory standards.
  • Provide emotional and logistical support to donors and families throughout the transplant journey.
  • Monitor post-transplant outcomes and coordinate follow-up care to optimize donor and recipient health.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance transplant program efficiency and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in transplant coordination, nephrology, or critical care.
  • Certification in Transplant Nursing (e.g., CCTN) or similar is a strong advantage.
  • In-depth knowledge of living donor evaluation protocols, transplant ethics, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills to manage complex cases and multidisciplinary teams.
