Responsibility
- Lead the development and execution of population health strategies to improve community well-being.
- Analyze health data trends and provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers, government agencies, and NGOs to implement health programs.
- Oversee budget management and resource allocation for population health initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with local and international healthcare regulations and standards.
- Mentor and train junior staff to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Represent NHG Population Health at industry conferences and stakeholder meetings.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of health programs, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in population health management or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, or statistical software).
- Excellent leadership and project management abilities.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards in Indonesia.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
