Responsibility
- Assist healthcare professionals in delivering high-quality patient care, including taking vital signs, preparing treatment rooms, and escorting patients.
- Manage patient records, update medical histories, and ensure accurate documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Coordinate appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and patient communications to optimize clinic workflow.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of clinical areas, including sterilizing equipment and restocking supplies.
- Provide administrative support, such as handling phone inquiries, processing referrals, and managing inventory.
- Educate patients on basic health practices, post-treatment care, and clinic policies.
- Assist in emergency situations by following established protocols and supporting medical staff.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure a seamless and compassionate patient experience.
Qualifications
- Diploma or certificate in Nursing, Medical Assisting, or a related healthcare field (preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a clinical, hospital, or healthcare setting (fresh graduates with strong internship experience may apply).
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology, patient care procedures, and healthcare software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and staff.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Compassionate, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining patient confidentiality.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays, as needed.
