If you thrive in a role that blends analytical rigor, leadership, and patient-centric innovation, this is your opportunity to make a lasting impact.

Responsibility

  • Develop and execute Quality Improvement (QI) frameworks to enhance clinical processes, patient safety protocols, and service efficiency.
  • Lead root-cause analysis (RCA) and failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) for adverse events and near-misses.
  • Collaborate with medical, nursing, and administrative teams to implement evidence-based best practices and standardized workflows.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to patient safety, clinical outcomes, and regulatory compliance.
  • Design and deliver training programs on QI methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, PDSA cycles) for healthcare staff.
  • Ensure adherence to JCI, ISO, and local health authority standards through audits and gap analyses.
  • Partner with IT teams to leverage health informatics and EHR systems for real-time quality tracking.
  • Represent the organization in multi-stakeholder forums to advocate for patient safety and quality care initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Medicine, Nursing, Public Health, or a related field; Master’s degree (e.g., MPH, MBA in Healthcare) is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical quality management, patient safety, or medical affairs, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Certification in Quality Improvement (e.g., CPHQ, Lean Six Sigma) or Patient Safety is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record in leading QI projects with measurable impact on patient outcomes or operational efficiency.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and statistical software.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to drive cross-departmental collaboration.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian healthcare regulations and international accreditation standards (e.g., JCI).
