Responsibility
- Assist doctors in consultation rooms during patient reviews and treatments.
- Prepare and organize medical equipment and supplies for clinical procedures.
- Escort patients to and from examination rooms, ensuring their comfort and safety.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
- Coordinate with nursing and administrative staff to ensure efficient clinic operations.
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families, addressing inquiries and concerns.
- Adhere to hospital policies, infection control standards, and patient confidentiality protocols.
- Assist in minor medical procedures under the supervision of healthcare professionals.
Qualifications
- Diploma or certificate in Nursing, Healthcare Assistance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in an outpatient clinic or hospital.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and medical staff.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and clinical procedures.
- Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or other local languages is a plus.
