Responsibility
- Perform non-surgical aesthetic procedures such as Botox, fillers, laser treatments, and PRP therapy with precision and care.
- Conduct thorough patient consultations to assess needs, recommend personalized treatment plans, and set realistic expectations.
- Ensure compliance with medical safety protocols and maintain the highest standards of hygiene and sterilization.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in aesthetic medicine through continuous education and training.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including dermatologists, nurses, and skincare specialists, to deliver holistic patient care.
- Maintain detailed patient records and follow up on post-treatment progress.
- Educate patients on skincare routines, preventive care, and long-term aesthetic maintenance.
- Participate in marketing initiatives, such as social media content or workshops, to promote clinic services.
Qualifications
- Medical degree (S.Ked or equivalent) from a recognized institution, with a valid Indonesian medical license (SIP).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in aesthetic medicine, with a proven track record in injectables and laser treatments.
- Certification in aesthetic procedures (e.g., from the Indonesian Society of Aesthetic Medicine or international equivalents).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust with patients from diverse backgrounds.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Russian) are a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-end clinic environment with a focus on patient satisfaction.
- Knowledge of dermatology, skin anatomy, and the latest non-surgical cosmetic techniques.
- Commitment to ethical medical practices and patient confidentiality.
