Responsibility
- Oversee the control, review, and updating of controlled documents and records to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and internal policies.
- Develop, implement, and monitor quality management systems (QMS) to maintain ISO, JCI, or other relevant certifications.
- Lead internal audits and coordinate with external auditors to identify gaps and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with department heads to streamline processes, reduce waste, and improve sustainability practices.
- Train and mentor staff on quality standards, sustainability initiatives, and best practices in healthcare management.
- Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management to support data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure adherence to environmental, health, and safety (EHS) protocols in alignment with organizational goals.
- Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance patient care, operational efficiency, and resource utilization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Quality Management, Environmental Science, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management, sustainability, or compliance within the healthcare sector.
- Proven expertise in ISO 9001, JCI, or other healthcare accreditation standards.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g., local health authorities, international standards).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, QMS software, and data analysis tools.
- Exceptional communication and leadership abilities to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma, Sustainability Management, or similar is highly desirable.
