Responsibility
- Greet and register patients, ensuring a professional and welcoming first impression.
- Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations, treatments, and procedures.
- Manage patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in all documentation.
- Coordinate appointment schedules and follow-up communications.
- Prepare and maintain examination rooms, ensuring cleanliness and availability of supplies.
- Handle administrative tasks, including billing, insurance claims, and inventory management.
- Provide basic patient education and support under the guidance of medical staff.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize clinic workflows and patient care.
Qualifications
- Diploma or certificate in Nursing, Healthcare Assistance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a clinic, hospital, or healthcare setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English (additional Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Proficiency in medical terminology and basic administrative software.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
