Responsibility
- Provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and best practices.
- Monitor and assess patient vital signs, administer medications, and respond promptly to changes in patient condition.
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Operate and maintain advanced medical equipment, including ventilators, infusion pumps, and cardiac monitors.
- Document patient progress accurately and maintain up-to-date medical records in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, recovery processes, and post-discharge care.
- Participate in emergency response procedures, including code blues and rapid response interventions.
- Uphold infection control policies and maintain a safe, sterile environment in the ICU.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification; valid nursing license in Indonesia.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Intensive Care Nursing (ICU) or critical care settings.
- Proficient in advanced life support (ACLS/BLS) and emergency medical procedures.
- Strong clinical skills in patient assessment, medication administration, and wound care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, high-stress environment with critical decision-making skills.
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and medical documentation systems.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated with ICU best practices.
