Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of nurses in delivering high-quality outpatient IV therapy services
- Ensure compliance with all clinical protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
- Develop and implement training programs for nursing staff to maintain clinical excellence
- Coordinate patient care plans and monitor treatment progress
- Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
- Manage inventory of medical supplies and equipment
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical audits
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (S1 Keperawatan) from an accredited institution
- Active nursing license in Indonesia (STR)
- Minimum 3 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Experience with IV therapy and antibiotic administration preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and make critical decisions
- Proficiency in medical documentation and electronic health records
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
