Responsibility

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in dental clinic or healthcare operations management.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of team management and development.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities in fast-paced environments.
- Proficiency in financial management, billing systems, and KPI tracking.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards in Indonesia.
