Responsibility
- Manage patient check-ins, registrations, and appointments with accuracy and efficiency.
- Coordinate daily clinic schedules, ensuring optimal patient flow and minimal wait times.
- Handle phone, email, and in-person inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
- Maintain patient records and documentation in compliance with clinic policies and privacy regulations.
- Process payments, insurance claims, and billing with attention to detail.
- Liaise between patients, therapists, and medical staff to facilitate seamless communication.
- Assist in inventory management for clinic supplies and administrative materials.
- Uphold high standards of customer service to enhance patient satisfaction and clinic reputation.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in front desk, administrative, or customer service roles, preferably in healthcare.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-focused approach.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage high-volume environments.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office, scheduling software).
- Familiarity with medical terminology and clinic operations is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in healthcare administration is advantageous.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or other languages is a bonus.
