Revass Utama Medika is seeking dynamic and results-driven Medical Device Sales Representatives to join our growing team in Bali. As a key player in the healthcare industry, you will drive the sales and market expansion of cutting-edge medical devices across hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.
In this role, you will build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, identify new business opportunities, and deliver tailored solutions that meet the evolving needs of the medical community. Your expertise in medical device sales will contribute to improving patient care while achieving aggressive sales targets.
This is a full-time, commission-based position offering competitive compensation, professional growth, and the chance to work with a leading medical device distributor in Indonesia.
Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets for medical devices.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, doctors, and healthcare procurement teams.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for healthcare professionals to ensure proper usage and adoption.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including tenders, partnerships, and direct sales.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to organize promotional events, trade shows, and product launches.
- Provide after-sales support, including troubleshooting, warranty claims, and customer satisfaction follow-ups.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in medical device sales, pharmaceutical sales, or healthcare industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology, hospital procurement processes, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Indonesian.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions in Indonesia.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle are preferred.
