Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of nurses to ensure high-quality patient care and operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and best practices in alignment with SNB standards.
- Monitor and evaluate nursing staff performance, providing mentorship and professional development opportunities.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes and streamline clinical workflows.
- Ensure compliance with local and international healthcare regulations, including infection control and safety protocols.
- Manage budgets, resources, and inventory to support seamless nursing operations.
- Serve as a liaison between medical staff, patients, and administrative teams to foster a cohesive care environment.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (or equivalent) with a valid SNB registration or recognized nursing license.
- Minimum 5 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Proven track record in team management, staff training, and performance evaluation.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, quality standards, and patient safety protocols.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a patient-first mindset.
- Proficiency in healthcare management software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
