Based in Denpasar, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver product training, support clinical evaluations, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Fluency in English is essential, as you will liaise with international stakeholders and travel across Bali’s key medical hubs, including Canggu, Ubud, and Nusa Dua.

Responsibility
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for healthcare professionals in hospitals and clinics across Bali.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, surgeons, and procurement teams.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for product enhancement and expansion.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulatory requirements for medical device distribution.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create strategic campaigns and promotional materials.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for medical devices during clinical use.
- Organize and participate in medical conferences, trade shows, and educational seminars.
- Prepare and submit reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
- Valid STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi) from the Indonesian Ministry of Health.
- Female, aged 25–28 years old, with a professional demeanor and strong presentation skills.
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal) is mandatory; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is required.
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in medical device sales, product specialization, or clinical support.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung).
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence healthcare professionals.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
