Responsibility
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for healthcare professionals on medical devices and equipment.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets in assigned territories.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, and key decision-makers in the medical community.
- Provide technical and clinical support to customers, ensuring optimal product utilization and satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies in medical devices.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns tailored to the Indonesian market.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback to management.
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to represent the company and its products.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field. Business or Marketing degrees with relevant experience are also considered.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in medical device sales, pharmaceutical sales, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the healthcare sector.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex medical technologies clearly.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal) is mandatory.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and potentially other regions in Indonesia.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
