Responsibility
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for healthcare professionals to ensure proper usage and understanding of medical devices.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including doctors, nurses, and hospital administrators.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers, ensuring optimal product performance.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create strategies for product promotion and market penetration.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and regulatory requirements to provide informed recommendations.
- Gather customer feedback and relay insights to the product development team for continuous improvement.
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and industry events to represent the company and its products.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and sales materials to support business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, Nursing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical device sales, product support, or a similar role.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and explain complex medical devices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards in Indonesia.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is essential.
