Responsibility

  • Coordinate patient care activities and manage active medical cases through various communication channels.
  • Liaise between patients, healthcare facilities, and international insurance providers to facilitate seamless medical services.
  • Maintain and update accurate electronic medical records (EMR) in compliance with data privacy standards.
  • Assist the finance department with medical billing, claims verification, and documentation.
  • Provide real-time updates to stakeholders regarding patient status and treatment plans.
  • Arrange medical logistics, including appointments, admissions, and discharge planning.
  • Ensure all medical documentation is organized and readily available for audit and reporting purposes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Medical Technology, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply; prior experience in a clinical or BPO setting is a plus.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • High level of attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Willingness to work in Ayala Alabang and adapt to various shift schedules if required.
