Responsibility
- Design, implement, and maintain advanced factory automation systems to optimize production throughput.
- Perform regular troubleshooting and root-cause analysis on automated machinery and control systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design optimal process layouts for future factory expansions.
- Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules to minimize machine downtime.
- Program and calibrate PLCs, HMIs, and robotic components to ensure seamless operational flow.
- Propose and lead continuous improvement projects (Kaizen) to enhance line productivity and safety.
- Document technical specifications, system modifications, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Must be a Licensed Engineer (PRC Board Passer).
- Proven experience in industrial automation, robotics, or PLC programming in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical control systems.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD or SolidWorks) for process and equipment design.
- Excellent analytical skills with a focus on precision and safety standards.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle rotating shifts if necessary.
