Responsibility
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on heavy construction equipment (e.g., excavators, loaders, bulldozers, cranes).
- Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques.
- Conduct repairs and replacements of components, including engines, transmissions, and hydraulic systems.
- Inspect equipment for compliance with safety and operational standards before and after rental periods.
- Maintain accurate service records, including work orders, parts usage, and maintenance logs.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure minimal downtime and maximum equipment availability.
- Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting for clients when required.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, manufacturer guidelines, and best practices in equipment maintenance.
Qualifications
- Diploma or certification in Mechanical Engineering, Heavy Equipment Maintenance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in maintaining and repairing construction machinery.
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and diesel engine systems.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic software and tools (e.g., CAT ET, Komatsu CARE, or equivalent).
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical stamina to work in outdoor conditions and lift heavy components.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites across Bali.
