Responsibility
- Perform mechanical assembly, installation, and testing of machinery and conveyor systems according to project specifications.
- Assist project engineers in on-site setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance of automated systems.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance and longevity of equipment.
- Diagnose mechanical issues and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Maintain accurate documentation of assembly processes, maintenance logs, and technical reports.
- Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards to ensure a secure working environment.
- Provide technical support and training to junior technicians and operational staff as needed.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in mechanical assembly, installation, and maintenance of industrial machinery.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and conveyor technologies.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Willingness to travel to various sites within Bali as required.
