Responsibility
- Provide expert technical support to clients and sales teams, ensuring accurate and timely responses to inquiries.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation, including reports, manuals, and project specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical engineering issues, offering innovative and cost-effective solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with R&D and production teams to refine product designs based on client feedback.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure on-time delivery.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in mechanical engineering.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; professional certification is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical engineering, technical support, or project coordination.
- Strong knowledge of CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and engineering principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and teams effectively.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
