Responsibility
- Lead and manage the mechanical maintenance team, ensuring all maintenance activities are performed efficiently and in compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Develop, implement, and oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime and extend asset lifespan.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for mechanical failures and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to optimize equipment performance and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage maintenance budgets, including cost control, vendor negotiations, and procurement of spare parts and materials.
- Ensure compliance with all local and international safety, environmental, and regulatory standards (e.g., OSHA, ISO).
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to maintenance, such as Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) and Mean Time To Repair (MTTR).
- Train, mentor, and develop maintenance staff to enhance technical skills and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; Registered Mechanical Engineer (RME) license is required.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in mechanical maintenance within a manufacturing or industrial environment, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Proven expertise in maintaining and troubleshooting industrial machinery, including CNC machines, conveyors, pumps, compressors, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems.
- Strong knowledge of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM), and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- Excellent leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia (work visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates).
