Responsibility
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on industrial machinery and mechanical systems to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Analyze maintenance data to identify trends, root causes of failures, and recommend corrective actions.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules, checklists, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for mechanical equipment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues, diagnose faults, and execute repairs or replacements as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute equipment upgrades or modifications.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations in all maintenance activities.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and parts inventory.
- Provide technical support and training to operational staff on equipment handling and basic maintenance practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; professional certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in mechanical maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electromechanical systems, as well as maintenance best practices.
- Proficient in using maintenance management software and data analysis tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Familiarity with predictive maintenance techniques and condition monitoring tools.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
- Willingness to work in Badung, Bali and adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
