Responsibility
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on MEWP, forklifts, conveyors, and other warehouse equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
- Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques.
- Conduct safety inspections and compliance checks in accordance with industry standards (e.g., OSHA, ISO).
- Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic systems, gearboxes, motors, and pneumatic components with precision.
- Commission and test new equipment, ensuring it meets operational and safety specifications before deployment.
- Maintain accurate service logs, maintenance reports, and inventory records for spare parts and tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement equipment upgrades and efficiency improvements.
- Provide on-site technical support and training to end-users on equipment operation and basic troubleshooting.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field (or equivalent technical certification).
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in maintaining and repairing industrial equipment, preferably MEWP or material handling systems.
- Proficient in reading technical schematics, blueprints, and manuals for mechanical and hydraulic systems.
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems used in heavy machinery.
- Certification in MEWP operation/maintenance (e.g., IPAF, OSHA) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
- Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel to client sites across Bali as needed.
