Responsibility
- Supervise and mentor a team of mechanical engineers and technicians to ensure efficient operation of production equipment
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime and reliability
- Lead technical analysis of mechanical systems and recommend improvements for performance optimization
- Manage engineering projects from conception to completion, including budgeting and resource allocation
- Collaborate with production and quality teams to troubleshoot equipment issues and implement solutions
- Oversee CAD design activities for equipment modifications and new installations
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards in all mechanical operations
- Prepare technical reports and presentations for management on equipment performance and project status
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering (S1 Teknik Mesin/Elektro)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Proven experience in maintenance engineering and project management in manufacturing environments
- Strong proficiency in CAD design software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar)
- Excellent technical analysis skills with ability to solve complex mechanical problems
- Experience with chocolate or food manufacturing equipment is a plus
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal)
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and develop engineering teams
