Responsibility
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery, equipment, and production lines to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues using advanced tools and techniques, and implement effective solutions.
- Install, assemble, and commission new machinery and equipment in accordance with technical specifications and safety protocols.
- Conduct regular inspections and predictive maintenance to identify potential failures and proactively address them.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, spare parts usage, and equipment history.
- Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot operational issues and recommend process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards in all maintenance activities.
- Provide technical support and training to junior technicians and operational staff as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or related field).
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Maintenance Technician in manufacturing, food processing, or industrial settings.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, and PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers).
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
- Hands-on experience with welding, machining, and fabrication is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills in English and willingness to work flexible shifts.
