You’ll ensure seamless execution of preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot technical issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency. Responsibility

  • Provide on-site technical support for A&A work orders, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of customer requests.
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment, systems, and infrastructure to minimize downtime.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, implementing effective solutions to restore functionality.
  • Collaborate with Project and Customer Care departments to prioritize tasks and align on service delivery standards.
  • Document all service activities, including work order details, root cause analyses, and resolution steps for future reference.
  • Liaise with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction with delivered services.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and industry regulations while performing fieldwork.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in engineering and customer support.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support, maintenance, or a similar role.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a hands-on approach to troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members.
  • Familiarity with A&A work orders, preventive maintenance schedules, and technical documentation.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and technical software relevant to the role.
  • Willingness to travel to various sites across Bali as required.
