Responsibility
- Provide on-site technical support for A&A work orders, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of customer requests.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment, systems, and infrastructure to minimize downtime.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, implementing effective solutions to restore functionality.
- Collaborate with Project and Customer Care departments to prioritize tasks and align on service delivery standards.
- Document all service activities, including work order details, root cause analyses, and resolution steps for future reference.
- Liaise with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction with delivered services.
- Adhere to safety protocols and industry regulations while performing fieldwork.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in engineering and customer support.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support, maintenance, or a similar role.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a hands-on approach to troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members.
- Familiarity with A&A work orders, preventive maintenance schedules, and technical documentation.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and technical software relevant to the role.
- Willingness to travel to various sites across Bali as required.
