Responsibility
- Lead and manage the installation of EV charging stations and energy infrastructure projects across Bali.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines.
- Develop and implement best practices for installation processes and quality control.
- Monitor project performance and provide regular progress reports to senior management.
- Identify and mitigate risks to minimize project disruptions.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and government agencies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in energy or infrastructure sectors.
- Strong knowledge of EV charging systems, renewable energy technologies, and installation processes.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Familiarity with local regulations and permitting processes in Bali.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
