Responsibility
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical components.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues to ensure minimal downtime.
- Conduct regular inspections of building systems to identify potential problems and recommend solutions.
- Collaborate with other engineering staff to implement preventive maintenance programs.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all maintenance tasks.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new mechanical equipment.
- Provide technical support and training to junior staff as needed.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Technician, preferably in building maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical components.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations in mechanical engineering.
