Responsibility
- Install, configure, and commission technical equipment and systems according to specifications and industry standards.
- Perform regular maintenance and inspections to ensure equipment operates at peak efficiency and reliability.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
- Provide technical training and support to clients and junior technicians.
- Maintain accurate records of service activities, including reports, logs, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all service activities.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to enhance service delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical service, maintenance, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and electronic systems.
- Proven ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
