Responsibility
- Assist in the development and execution of test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Perform manual and automated testing to identify software defects and inconsistencies.
- Document and report test results, including defects and issues, to the development team.
- Collaborate with developers and other stakeholders to resolve identified issues.
- Participate in requirement reviews and provide input on testability and potential risks.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
- Assist in setting up and maintaining test environments.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and tools in software testing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, Python, or C# is a plus.
- Knowledge of test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail) is an advantage.
