Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end execution of product launches, ensuring alignment with global operations and business objectives.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (R&D, marketing, supply chain, and sales) to streamline launch activities and timelines.
- Develop and implement lifecycle management strategies to optimize product performance and market adoption.
- Monitor launch progress, identify bottlenecks, and proactively resolve issues to ensure on-time delivery.
- Collaborate with regional teams to adapt global launch plans to local market needs and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze post-launch data to assess performance, gather insights, and recommend improvements for future launches.
- Drive continuous process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce time-to-market.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on launch status and key milestones.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in product launch execution, lifecycle management, or operations in a global environment.
- Proven track record of managing cross-functional projects with a focus on timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive data-informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in English.
- Experience working in the medical device, consumer electronics, or healthcare industry is a plus.
- Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile) is highly desirable.
- Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, global team.
