Responsibility
- Design, develop, and optimize mechanical components and systems for water treatment plants and engineering projects.
- Conduct feasibility studies, simulations, and stress analyses to ensure system reliability and performance.
- Collaborate with electrical, civil, and process engineers to integrate mechanical designs into multidisciplinary projects.
- Prepare technical specifications, drawings, and documentation in compliance with industry standards (e.g., ASME, ISO).
- Oversee the procurement, fabrication, and installation of mechanical equipment and systems.
- Perform site inspections, troubleshoot mechanical issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure projects adhere to safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in water treatment, HVAC, or industrial systems.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and engineering simulation tools (e.g., ANSYS, MATLAB).
- Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles, thermodynamics, and fluid mechanics.
- Experience with project management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Familiarity with industry standards (e.g., ASME, ISO, API) and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
