Responsibility
- Lead and manage assigned engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to technical specifications, budgets, and timelines.
- Oversee Powder Injection Molding (PIM) processes, including material selection, mold design, and production optimization.
- Collaborate with design, production, and quality assurance teams to troubleshoot technical challenges and implement improvements.
- Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and cost-benefit analyses for new projects.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including technical reports, drawings, and progress updates.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and support staff.
- Monitor project performance metrics and present progress reports to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; advanced degree or certifications (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma) are a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on Powder Injection Molding (PIM) or similar manufacturing processes.
- Proven track record of managing engineering projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and simulation tools (e.g., ANSYS, Moldflow).
- Strong understanding of materials science, metallurgy, and thermal dynamics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are advantageous.
