Responsibility
- Design and develop innovative mechanical systems for residential, commercial, and hospitality construction projects
- Create detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation using CAD software
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for mechanical system implementations
- Collaborate with architects, civil engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless project integration
- Perform site inspections and provide technical support during construction phases
- Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability standards
- Optimize mechanical systems for energy efficiency and environmental sustainability
- Prepare and present technical reports to project stakeholders and management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical systems design for construction projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other engineering design software
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems
- Familiarity with Indonesian building codes and construction regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or willingness to obtain is a plus
