Responsibility
- Manage and maintain project documentation using Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) and other relevant platforms.
- Ensure all documents are accurately filed, version-controlled, and accessible to authorized personnel.
- Coordinate the distribution of documents to internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
- Monitor document workflows to ensure compliance with company and project-specific standards.
- Assist in the preparation of document control reports and audits to ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to streamline document processes and improve efficiency.
- Provide training and support to team members on document control procedures and systems.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive project information.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience in document control, preferably within the engineering or architectural industry.
- Proficiency in Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with ISO standards and document control best practices is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
