Responsibility
- Design, develop, and optimize mechanical systems and equipment for electronic manufacturing processes.
- Lead the setup, installation, and commissioning of new or existing machinery, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., electrical engineers, production, and R&D) to execute projects from concept to completion.
- Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and performance evaluations to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues, implement corrective actions, and document technical solutions for future reference.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality control measures, and regulatory requirements in all engineering activities.
- Provide technical support and training to production teams to optimize equipment usage and minimize downtime.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (e.g., Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in electronics manufacturing or automation.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and finite element analysis (FEA) tools.
- Strong understanding of mechanical design principles, materials science, and thermal management.
- Hands-on experience with equipment installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting in a production environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
- Familiarity with LEAN manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin) are advantageous.
