Responsibility
- Design, develop, and optimize mechanical systems and components for automotive and electronics manufacturing.
- Collaborate with production teams to implement automation solutions that improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Conduct feasibility studies and performance analysis for new tooling and machinery.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in production processes to minimize downtime.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including engineering drawings, specifications, and reports.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations in all engineering activities.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and manufacturing processes.
- Provide technical support and training to production staff on new equipment and procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in automotive or electronics manufacturing.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and simulation tools.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, automation, and tooling design.
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate technical information clearly.
- Familiarity with industry standards (e.g., ISO, ASME) and safety regulations.
