Responsibility
- Design and develop mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and machinery, ensuring compliance with industry standards and local regulations.
- Supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost analyses for mechanical projects, providing recommendations for efficiency improvements.
- Collaborate with architects, civil engineers, and contractors to integrate mechanical systems seamlessly into construction projects.
- Perform regular inspections and maintenance of mechanical systems to ensure long-term reliability and compliance.
- Prepare detailed technical reports, drawings, and specifications for mechanical installations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues, providing innovative solutions to complex challenges.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in mechanical engineering and apply best practices to projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Licensed Mechanical Engineer (preferred but not required).
- Proven experience in designing and supervising mechanical systems in construction or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles, codes, and standards.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and other engineering tools.
